Initial Consultation: We will meet with you free of charge to discuss your needs, interest, and what you want to achieve with your web site. We'll listen to your ideas, get a feeling for your business or organization, and make suggestions. work with you throughout the process

Contract: Before any work is done, we will sign a contract listing exactly what we will do and what it will cost, and providing a firm deadline of when the work will be completed. There are no minimum packages - you can start with just a home page and add on later if you wish.

Confidentiality: We don't share any information about you or your business with other clients. They'll only know what you make public on your site.

Domain Name & Hosting: To have a web site, you need a domain name (yourorganization.com) and space on a web server (called a web hosting account). We can help you register your domain name (we recommend registering your domain name at The Domain Castle) and set up web hosting, but we don't host sites ourselves and won't confuse you by mixing hosting plan fees in with web site design prices. We can advise you on hosting or simply help you get set up with the host of your choice. If you want to sell products or services online, we can help you set up a merchant account for taking credit cards through PayPal or another vendor.

Maintenance: Life isn't static and websites shouldn't be either. You'll need to keep your web site updated, changing existing information such as upcoming events, new personnel, etc. as well as adding new webpages and/or new products and services, archiving old pages, and changing the content of your home page so your site looks active and up-to-date. We recommend that someone in your own organization learn how to make everyday website changes.

If you can move files from one folder to another on your computer and use a word processor, you can learn to update and maintain your own web site. We can teach you as part of designing your site, and we design every site to be easy to update and maintain, even for non-techies. We can also provide additional Instruction in html or graphic programs.
